Been nominated? feel free to use these banners on your site If you missed your chance to nominate someone please use the form below. You must provide exact urls to ONE mp3 / art / image. The information provided will be what is displayed, so try to fill out all the fields, check your spelling and all that. If you did nominate someone and it hasn't been put put up there are a few reasons why. One, the nominee isn't local (from and/or living in ontario). Two, not all the fields were filled out and an email was sent out requesting the missing information. Unless no email was provided. Three, the nominee has declined from being involved in this contest.
