People Profile Submission
Form
Welcome to the
people profile submission form. Please note that these profiles are for Toronto
and area people only. Fill out the form as completely as possible. You are
encouraged to submit a picture with your profile. The preferred size for images
are a width of 220 pixels and a height between 140 and 220 pixels. If this
doesn't make sense just submit your photo and we will figure it out. It may
take awhile before your profile is placed online.

If you already have a profile online, or have already
submitted one, but would like to make some changes, please indicate below. Then
enter the same name and email address you used before, and then fill in only
the fields that you would like changed.
All profiles submitted prior
to December 2004 are for archive use only - the old profile section will no
longer be updated.
If you have any questions please email people@toronto-goth.com. If there is something
you'd like to mention when you submit your profile, enter the info in the
"notes to staff" field.
Submission of a profile does not guarantee it will be put online.
