Ok, the neighbours across the hall in the co-op I just moved out of had a party one night. Half the building showed up at one time or another, and everyone was completely wrecked, especially my roomie, Pete. It was a nuts party - a guitar got smashed, someone kicked a hole in the wall, and a lesbian started smashing beer bottles on the kitchen floor and started everyone else off doing it. I left at about 4, so I didn't see what happened to Pete. The next morning, he was knocking on my door to ask me if I'd seen him get back, because he couldn't find his clothes. He vaguely remembered being outside the building in his underwear, but that was it. He was really concerned about his pants, because they had his keys and wallet in them, not to mention the obvious question of WHERE THE HELL WERE THEY? We had a lot of wild speculation going on - did he have sex with someone? Did he get mugged? Did he dance on the table? Did the hookers outside the building do something horrible to him? What the hell was he doing outside in his underwear, anyway? Meanwhile, across the hall they were gathered around in the bathroom wondering just who had left their pants on the floor last night? Pete and his pants were reunited, but still noone knows what they were doing off in the first place. They had another party there a couple weeks later, and told me to bring Pete, but make sure he keeps his pants on!
