An ol` horse smiles

Lay me down, under th moonlight clear
Lay me down, on a heart so dear.
Take th shackles from from my heart,
Let me love you in th dark.

Ride with me on my gallant steed ,
To th stars & set me free.

I watch th moonlight shine,
Upon your graceful lines.
I trace these patterns with my mind
Th two of us in rhyme.

I look upon one so sweet,
How dear this sugar for a treat.

Take me away to my dreams,
Take me away to th field & streams. For on this night that will last forever
in th dreams of an ol` horse that loves to wander...

Remembering th night,
when youth again was so bright,
and smile again when those filly`s pass,
that one ol` horse met a lovely lass...

...that gav a smile to last.
