as much as my bones shake
i will stand here charmed ,
smiling demonstrate as a fine delicacy behind a glass counter,
shown for what is on the outside,
depicted with a certain glamourous appeal and putting on a courageous front
in the meantime hiding away from all sympathy and seeking the honest truth
behind confidence
