VBB Band Update

Having just returned from our U.S. tour, we are getting ready for a very exciting fall 2006 schedule of shows and appearances. Thank you so much everyone for the awesome support throughout what was a very successful summer.

Whether you have been a friend of the band for ten years, or whether you are new to the Vampire Beach Babes, we welcome your participation and input.

We will be playing a show this Saturday (August 26th) in Toronto at the legendary Bovine club - $5 at the door, with rawk sensations Slute opening the night.

That night, I am taking the opportunity to play a few original tunes - never heard before - inspired by the darker, more vampyric side of the VBB. This stuff is great fun and I hope you will enjoy it. As well, there may be a few surprises that night. ;)

Also upcoming is our appearance at EDGE 102.1 FM on Saturday September 16th, and a very special performance at the annual Northbound Leather party at the Docks. We will get you the exciting details on this HUGE event in a few weeks.

And, of course, the countdown to the 2006 European tour has begun. So many of you in Europe have been massive Vampire Beach Babes supporters for so long - it will be a pleasure and honour to finally get to meet some of you face to face. Much more details coming to you on this very exciting tour soon.

Graphic artists, musicians, authors - we are calling out to you to post VBB related material on our website. This can be directly or indirectly related to the band and its culture. In particular, we are looking for the theme of "the ancient ones" - art and stories relating to the more senior vampires/angels/anomalies that haunt the clubs and streets.

Simply email your art to the contacts (management or publicist) on our website. Please be sure to include copyright information - on the actual work if possible.

Thank you everyone for being such a vibrant and beautiful bunch of friends and fans - we are one very lucky pop band indeed!

Deepest Respects,

Baron Marcus
