December 2004 marks the last
month that toronto-goth.com ) will be presenting the SIN and ABSINTHE monthly
events at The Vatikan.
SIN - 2nd Saturday of every
month
Absinthe - last Saturday of every month (formerly last Friday)
History: toronto-goth.com was a part of the beginnings of both of these nights
(link),
then we were not involved with them for a time period, then we returned to
promoting them.
As well, toronto-goth.com has presented many one-off
events at The Vatikan, including various Djs, bands, as well as several
festival type events: most notable of these in 2004 were Perdition's
UV release and of course
the very recent 4 Days
in Hell.
The all ages weekly Sunday night Gathering Mecca DJ
night toronto-goth.com launched in November 2004 will continue until further
notice.
You are invited....
to the Vatikan this Saturday
(&/or on Dec. 25th if you aren't doing anything for X-MAS) to help us say
goodbye and show your support for toronto-goth's last nights there. If you
haven't been to The Vatikan in a while, this is the time to go!
I realize
more people have prior commitments on the 25th than the 11th, so if you are
free Saturday, I would really love to see you out, even if only for a
drink!!

note: I am sad about these changes, but I bear absolutely no ill will toward
Johnny & Lance of The Vatikan. I wish The Vatikan all the best and much
success in their future endeavors.
