Okay, no speeches.. Event Horizon, Wednesday's weekly night of industrial, synthpop, alternative and electronic music, has ended as we know it. That means Velvet Underground is CLOSED starting this Wednesday. I may still play for special events or live concerts at Velvet as they take form.

As much as I enjoyed watching Event Horizon evolve over the last two and a half years, the night had certainly run its course. As anyone knows, a regular Wednesday night is HARD to make work.

The good news is that I can now concentrate my efforts on my other contributions at events around the city. In fact, I'll be busy for the next three weekends again:

Friday, August 1 brings CyberFetish back to Vatikan; Sin Saturday follows the week after (also at The Vatikan), and I'll end my long hiatus from The Reverb for Fetish Masquerade on Saturday, August 16 with some the city's heaviest hitters: bOLT, Human Clone and Darq.

Thanks for the memories, there are good times ahead.
