FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

*LD50 Entertainment Inc. launches Catalyst music festival in Toronto*

*Toronto, ON, June 21, 2003 – *LD50 Entertainment Inc. announces the launch of Catalyst, a multi-genre music festival taking place in Toronto over Labour Day weekend (August 30-31, 2003). Confirmed artists include:

*Metropolis recording artists *Bella Morte*, a high-energy punk band from Charlottesville, VA with a strong goth/punk crossover appeal **Goteki* and *Deathboy* from Wasp Factory Records, electro and industrial outfits respectively, both of whom have earned rave reviews in their native UK **!Bang Elektronika*, long a staple on the Toronto electronic music scene **Lee Chaos*, a DJ from Cheltenham UK’s notorious Exit Club and the head of Wasp Factory Records **DJ Ian Guthrie*, one of the Toronto techno scene’s top DJs and a regular at Fukhouse.
