Open Call for Artists: Benefit exhibition for Greenpeace Canada
Open Call for Artists

Benefit exhibition for Greenpeace Canada (http://www.greenpeace.ca)

We are seeking submissions of painting and sculpture with environmental themes. The selected artwork will be for display only (not for sale). Artists will be provided with a space next to their work to display business cards.

The submission fee will be $25.00 to Greenpeace Canada. Artists may submit up to 6 pieces for consideration. Slides should be numbered and accompanied by a slide list and a self-addressed stamped envelope. Submissions should be sent to 93 Gates Avenue Toronto ON Canada M4C 1T2. All cheques should be made payable to Greenpeace Canada.

The Sacred Voice Gallery's Greenpeace Benefit will be from September 12th to 14th, 2003 during the The Junction Arts Festival. The main venue for the exhibition will be the Malta Ballroom on the second floor of 235 Medland St. at Dundas West. We are now working with the festival organizers to acquire a large tent to place in front of the gallery for the opening gala on the evening of the 13th. Olivia Chow has been confirmed as a guest speaker on the 13th and we are actively seeking other high profile speakers and attendees.
