Friday nights @ Savage & Vatikan

In a surprising turn of events, first brought to my attention on Saturday November 2nd, there are some major changes to Friday nights at the clubs.

After an exhaustive search for a Friday night DJ at Savage Garden after DJ M returned to Italy, DJ Trauma took over the reigns in August 2002. The new night was called Carbon Chamber Fridays.

Meanwhile, DJs Karnage and Human Clone had been doing Symbiotic Fridays at the Vatikan since January 11th 2002.

Friday November 8th 2002 will be the last Carbon Chamber Friday at Savage Garden with DJ Trauma. Do not despair, because you can still catch him at Velvet Underground every Wednesday for Event Horizon.

Fri. Nov. 15th 2002 will be the launch of a new night at Savage Garden. It is called Decompression, and features DJ's Human Clone & Karnage. Here's the info:

Be prepared for the latest and widest range of Industrial, EBM, Darkwave, Synth. Covering everything from your favorite club anthems to the newest and hardest to find remixes, we spin em all. Be there for the inception of Toronto's newest Industrial experience at Toronto's only true Cyberbar - Savage Garden. Doors open @ 9PM. No cover.

It is not yet known who will take over the Friday night reigns at The Vatikan, but be assured you can still expect the same quality music and atmosphere.
