Synthpop Goes the World
will be the concert event of the summer for all fans of synthpop and electronic
music. Today the website officially launches, tickets go on sale, and the first
group of bands are announced.
The event will be taking place in Toronto at Palais Royale (1601 Lakeshore Blvd
W.) on June 28-30, 2002 . Doors open @ 6pm each night. It is all ages, with a
wristband policy so those over 19 can drink if they desire.

The first 8 bands in the lineup are: Covenant, Beborn Beton,
Red Flag, Assemblage 23, Melotron, Psyche, Cosmicity, New
Clear Sky, and Die Roboter. Seven more bands plus dj's to be
announced, so stay tuned.
